Pacific Coast Sky was founded by two best friends, Wes Skinner and Larry Walters, who share a passion for transforming homes and strengthening communities. What started as a first time home purchase as a fixer upper turned into a passion and craft for renovated houses. Now a shared vision has become a hands‑on partnership built on trust, craftsmanship, and integrity. Together, they evaluate every property, oversee each renovation, and ensure that every project reflects their commitment to quality and long‑term value.

Their teamwork and dedication drive the company’s mission — to turn distressed properties into beautiful, move‑in‑ready homes that uplift neighborhoods and create lasting impact.
